Unfortunately, yesterday's exhaustion turned out to have a more sinister underlying cause and I woke up at 04:00 this morning violently ill! It took me some time to 'sort myself out', if you know what I mean, and I couldn't get back to sleep after that (although I had slept for a long time already, so I didn't feel tired). Breakfast wasn't a wise move, so I declined almost all of it, and Krishan took pity on me, and took me to the Tea Leaf Centre by tuk-tuk.

Although I had been terribly ill, I was almost 100% sure that it was as a result of something that I had eaten for lunch at Yara the previous day, so I felt safe going into school. I wasn't going to pass anything on, and I was so keen to complete my training sessions with the Trainee Teachers. I had a delightful time with them, and I was extremely impressed with the progress that they had made since the previous day - particularly with their confidence.

Having completed my teaching sessions with them, I had a brief meeting with Mr. Nagendiran and Miss Chandrasekaran, where I chatted through a resource pack on 'Eco Issues' I had brought them as a gift. It has a number of very versatile uses across many of Tea Leaf's programmes. Krishan had taken pity on me, and he spared me a return journey on the bus today by coming to collect me in his tuk-tuk. To be honest, I really needed that support, so I was very grateful to him.

Krishan made me a cup of tea when we got back, but no more, as I was at the stage where I was feeling quite hungry, but that feeling was well-overpowered by my fear of what might happen if I did eat something. I did the most sensible thing and went back to bed, where I slept for 3 hours before waking up to complete my blog and my diary. A good night's sleep tonight should get me back to feeling a great deal better tomorrow morning, I'm absolutely sure.

Today's photographs show the training session with the Trainee Teachers and my presentation of the 'Eco Issues' resource pack to Miss Chandrasekaran, who will be 'in charge' of it. The final photograph is one Yad sent me of Aarav wearing a lovely jacket that I brought out for him - he really is gorgeous!
